Officially called a “nettop” in the industry, derived from netbook, the Lenovo H200 desktop/netttop machine is about as cheap, and fundamentally functional as you can get. The heart of this machine is a slightly different Atom processor than what you find in netbooks. The Atom N230 uses HyperThreading, has no SpeedStep features for power saving, and is 64-bit compatible. The upshot to using this uber-low-end CPU in a desktop chassis, other than cost, is that the system is entirely fan-less.
Lenovo only has one H200 configuration on its website, where $299 gets you the Atom N230, 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive, DVD-ROM, and Intel GMA950 graphics running on Vista Home Basic. For another $100 you can find bundles through resellers with a Lenovo 19″ widescreen LCD too. Even if its not powerful or fancy, it should get the job done…

Looks like it would fit the bill just for email, surfing, and a printer application.. Intrex sells it for $319 , KB and Mouse included, no monitor.
