Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 family

The news won’t be 100% official until tomorrow, but we’re here to give you the scoop. All of the previous reports were pretty much on the spot, so check out the changes the S10-2 brings:

  • 0.44 lb lighter, 0.16-inch thinner
  • Mildly refreshed design, “fashionable pattern” available in white, black, grey, & pink
  • Dolby sound
  • Enlarged 89% sized keyboard with larger right-shift key
  • Larger touchpad
  • Additional USB port (3 total)
  • OneKey recovery system
  • Lenovo Quickstart (previously only available on S10e)
  • Integrated 3G wireless (coming in a few months)

The specs for all models are the same across the board: Atom N270, 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive, XP Home, 802.11bg, 1.3MP camera, and 6-cell battery for $349. When the 3G models come out, another $50 will get you integrated 3G via an Ericcson card.
