The Thermalpack sleeve has a suitcase-like carrying handle but I find myself wishing it had D-rings for a shoulder strap. The Thinkpad sleeve appears to not even have a carrying handle. A plain sleeve might be ok for a tiny netbook (though I usually toss my EEE into my backpack without its sleeve) but for a large laptop the weight just kills you. It would be much better if it had good solidly attached shoulder strap lugs.

That looks sort of like the Thermalpak sleeve I got from woot some months back for my 15″ T61.
