Lenovo just let out a tweet, indicating that the plastic packaging typically wrapped around a desktop LCD monitor will be replaced by a re-usable bag on an upcoming ThinkVision monitor. A picture of the bag was included:

This is a neat idea and definitely a step in the right direction for reducing usage of non-enviro friendly materials in packaging. I just wonder who will use this giant-looking bag? Maybe you’re supposed to tote the LCD in it?
