It didn’t take Lenovo long to whip out the e-coupons for their new products, now offering a respectable 10% off of the refreshed ThinkPad T410, as well as the completely new X100e ultraportable and Edge 13 “small business” systems.
The T410 in particular is a pretty respectable deal for a newly announced model, especially one with such a pedigree of features, Core i5 processor and standard LED backlit display.

$426 is pretty attractive for the X100e–not much more than a netbook. I wonder if the low price is because the dual core model is coming soon and no one will want the single core one after that.
Oh I didn’t realize the T410 had an Arrandale processor. That’s interesting. Also it looks like there is an i5-520e version of the processor that supports ECC memory, the main feature missing from so-called “portable workstation” laptops. I hope they start using ECC in all Thinkpads.
