Lenovo and NewEgg Canada partnering to offer full IdeaPad lineup

by ThinkPads on September 17, 2010

Lenovo and NewEgg Canada have announced a partnership to distribute the full line of Lenovo’s IdeaPad laptops, making NewEgg the only Canadian retailer to carry the full lineup.

There are no details on timing, but at the time of publishing only the Y560, old S10-2 netbook, S10-3t tablet netbook, an old U330, and the more recent S10-3 netbook are available. Accordingly there will be a larger selection once the product starts flowing through this new partnership.

Whither the S10-3s “HD”, announced way back in April?

It’s available in different markets, but not the U.S. one for sure. Unfortunately an early review pegged it as running hot, a likely side effect of thinning the chassis and using the same voltage processor.
