I used a generic trackpoint kext that fixed the trackpoint problem. I had not downloaded the brightness slider and that was my only problem. Your dsdt fixes worked flawlessly.

I solved the boot loader problem by simply downloading the Chameleon Preference Pane and changing the first boot from "Mac OS X" to "System Reserved" which is the Windows 7 boot manager.
