Anywhere I can buy a BGA-to-PGA adapted Intel Core i7-4980HQ?

I've had my eye on a i7-4980HQ for my T440p for a long time ever since I watched this video.

Last year, I was lucky to find and buy a whole computer that includes that CPU but
I didn't check to see that it was soldered to a BGA-to-LGA adapter whereas I needed one on a BGA-to-PGA
adapter so I put it on sale on eBay.

I've been looking on AliExpress and Taobao but unfortunately they only sell the i7-4980HQ as BGA CPUs without
any adapters.

Does anyone know any places or have access to buy one with a BGA-to-PGA adapter?

I know there is a Taobao seller that sells BGA to PGA adapted CPU's I believe it's Yimian. I bought a couple of wacky i7-2677M in Socket G2 flavours from that seller before. Idk if that seller does Haswell, but I know there's Sandy and Ivy BGA -> Socket G2 stuff
