FS: ThinkPad T61 parts unit

I have a 14.1" ThinkPad T61 for sale that I'm listing for parts or repair. The machine type is 8889-01U. Original specs:

T7300(2GHz), 1GB RAM, 80GB 5400rpm HD, 14.1in 1400x1050 LCD, 128MB nVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M, CDRW/DVD, Intel 802.11agn(n-disabled), Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion, WinXP Pro

It has been upgraded to 6GB and has a 250GB hard drive installed. The machine was working until the display went blank. The backlight lights up the screen but the image is blank. It does work however with an external monitor over VGA. I'm assuming the video chip quit. The machine is in B grade condition and it has some chipped plastic in two places. I'll include a total of 3 working batteries and at least one 90w adapter. Asking $45 shipped CONUS for the system.
