I second that, he's done some work for me on a few occasions too.

KAQSP -- was extremely helpful when I purchased a laptop from him. The laptop came as described and he put in extra effort to get me the computer quickly. Good solid sale.

Two positive shopping experiences to report from my side:

I had a second great transaction with BobA - I purchased a T410s from him and everything went very well. The machine (otherwise in excellent condition and just as described) did not have a fingerprint reader when I received it; when I pointed this out to Bob, he promptly shipped me a replacement palmrest and covered return shipping as well, keeping me updated on the progress all the way. This positive feedback is for TuuS and the wonderful transaction I had with him. I was selling one of my machines and it was very pleasant to close the sale. He was very prompt on payment and a fair and understanding gentleman to deal with. I had forgotten that a part of the panel had small scratches and we both worked out this issue. It's great when you get something resolved that benefits both parties.

After disappointing and time consuming Ebay experience I contacted Thinkpad Lover (Daniel).
He assured that the panel he is selling is new and real deal and has all IBM FRU stickers etc. on place.

No need to disappoint this time. Everything was just like he described. And after postage costs (USA > FIN) and taxes, it was still cheaper than the one inside EU I was looking from Ebay.
