*** Sold *** 80 GB 5400 RPM Toshiba laptop drive

I have an 80 GB 5400 RPM drive pulled from a new Apple PowerBook, formatted to FAT32 and installed in a very nice aluminum USB 2.0 enclosure. the enclosure is a Vantec NexStar 3 with a black mirrored finish, very classy, which comes in a high-quality leatherette case and includes a USB 2.0 cable (dual plug - power and data to single connection at laptop end). Single connection fine on desktops, dual required from non or low-powered ports like on some laptops.

Of course, the drive can easily be installed in your ThinkPad to give you 80GB and your old, smaller drive can go into the enclosure for a convenient backup solution. The enclosure and drive are both near new, very quiet and work perfectly.

$60 shipped in lower 48.

"An atheist is just somebody who feels about Yahweh the way any decent Christian feels about Thor or Baal or the golden calf. As has been said before, we are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further."

If my wife hadn't just finished yelling at me about buying too much stuff, I would be ALL OVER THIS. This price is unheard of. I just paid $85 for the same size/speed used drive.
