A friend just upgraded the ram in my X21. The old 128MB RAM chip was working fine, he just happened to find a bigger RAM chip in his inventory.

It's not much, but since it's hard to find RAM (SDRAM) for these older IBMs, I'm offering it to the community here. Make me a reasonable offer that covers postage and a little for my trouble and it's yours.
