I don't get it why is the Thinkpad x100 series and Thinkpad slate categorized under Thinkpad hardware and the x1 and 2012 thinkpad line is not Thinkpad hardware? Everyone has their own opinion on the changes but the Thinkpad x100 series has the changes found in the 2012 line up and the Thinkpad slate doesn't have a keyboard built in and doesn't run Windows, yet those qualify as classic Thinkpad hardware.

You are right, this placement is not logical. Why is the new L-Serie still ThinkPad-Hardware, and why are the T/W/X no ThinkPad Hardware? This placement doesn´t make any sense.

I agree that it doesn't make sense. But that's what the mods decided - which is the only thing that matters.

Mostly because I'm not interested in those models, but now that you've brought it to my attention...
