Thinkpad Keyboard - X220 / X230

I am thinking to get a X2xx thinkpad for business trips. But after i tried typing on X230..... i am now thinking to get a second hand X220.
Anyone thinking the same to get a old model because of the new keyboard ?
Also brand new X220 still available in some of the shops (I m in HK), but the price has not gone down at all.... i wonder why ?

I think the new keyboard is excellent from a typing perspective. It's firm with excellent key depth, but if you've got the old layout grooved into your brain, you probably won't be happy with the new one.

I am half-hunting for some specific used X220 configurations because of that. I will not buy a new Thinkpad with the new keyboard. Without the classic keyboard layout, there is no longer any reason for me to prefer Lenovo to other brands. And on principle I will not give my money to a company that ratified such a change. This is one of the reasons that I will not buy a new X220, even though they are still available. The other being that I don't really need another laptop.
