SATA/SATA 12.7mm height Ultrabay HDD adapter?

#1 Post by mybellyisempty » Sun Jan 10, 2010 9:52 am

Anyone know where I can find one of these? I almost bought one for my W510 I just ordered, before realizing it's the same part number for the W500, which has a 9.5mm height rather than the W510's 12.7mm height.

I'd rather avoid the gap. 3rd party solutions that match up would be acceptable, as I unwittingly ordered one for my W500 and it's worked just fine.

I bought one of the cheapest, for US$12.99. It has, well, different gaps (smaller). Discussed a little on this thread... I posted pictures comparing it with Lenovo's here.
