Internet bridging out of my Laptop
Internet bridging out of my Laptop
I'm trying to bridge my wireless internet out of my IBM T43 think pad to the ethernet port so I can feed another device that needs access to the internet.
When I go to network connections, I have two devices, WIRELESS and LOCAL CONNECTION.
When i right click on either and choose "Bridge Connections" I get a pop up box that says . . .
"To create a Network Bridge, you must select at least two LAN or High-Speed Internet connections that are not being used by Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)"
I don't remember enabling ICS prior to my choice of bridging!
I cannot go any further as the box does not allow me to choose bridging for either device!
How do I complete the bridging that I want to do with the pop-up message from above?
thanks
