Dear all, I am new baby in think pad laptops and i got this configuration from local add, request you let me know is it worth tobuy,it will be great help it shows cost 400$ it says refurbished.

If you've already bid and won the auction, then it does not matter whether the price is "fair." That's a question that should be asked before agreeing to purchase. By bidding you've made a contract to purchase at that price.

However, I would verify the specifications of that machine with the seller. The T7200 is a major upgrade from the original T2300.
