Hello, let me introduce you my setup :) First of all I will describe my ThinkPads - both are FrankenPads, assembled from various ThinkPad parts so the machine numbers represents only a donors of the motherboards.

On the left side of my table you can see my 14" T43, it is my faithful travel mate in a compact size for short trips:
CPU: Intel Pentium M 750 1.86GHz
RAM: 1.5GB DDR2 667MHz - 1GB + 512MB sticks (1GB + 1GB is planned in the near future)
HDD: 100GB 7200rpm Hitachi Travelstar 7K100, an aftermarket drive hacked with the IBM firmware - no 2010 error
GPU: ATI Radeon X300
LCD: 14" SXGA+ TN LCD, transplantation from T42p
UltraBay: DVD-RAM, sometimes it hosts my Hitachi 7K500 in UltraBay SATA HDD caddy to make a system backup
Wireless: Intel 802.11b/g adapter + Bluetooth
Planar donor: 2669-83G
OS: Linux Mint 11 Katya, picture took with IBM Lotus Symphony office suite running

On the right side of my table you can see my 15" T43p, it is my daily driver with a brilliant FlexView display for a longer trips or it is docked at home:
CPU: Intel Pentium M 770 2.13GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2 533MHz - two 1GB sticks in dual channel

GPU: ATI FireGL V3200 128MB / Radeon X600 derivate
LCD: 15" SXGA+ IPS/FlexView LCD, transplantation from T43, thank you George aka. ajkula66
UltraBay: DVD-RAM, sometimes it hosts my Hitachi 7K500 in UltraBay SATA HDD caddy to make a system backup
Wireless: Atheros 802.11a/b/g + Bluetooth
Planar donor: 2668-G1U
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32bit, license got from my university (MSDN Academic Alliance program)
