I'm a happy owner of a D20 and a D10 (thank you eric!) ThinkStation and looking at a D30. On paper it looks like a good step up from my D20 - mainly because the Xeon E5 processor in the one I'm looking at is a good bit faster than the two E5506 CPUs currently in my D20.

Does anyone here have any experience with the D30? Any info comparing it to the D10 or D20 you could offer beyond what is in the tsbook.pdf?

Are the SAS/SATA controllers like the D20 in that you can only have either SAS or SATA drives in the system at any one time (not mix and match like the D10)?

Thanks very much in advance!
