My eye tells me that without the cool-looking monitor sitting next to them (with the black/silver "reflection"), those computers might look pretty ordinary. That Q200 reminds me of one of those stainless steel refrigerators.

There are people in the world who find these designs attractive, remember IdeaCentres are not targeted at business users, that opens a window to study requirements of consumers, gamers, everyday users, students living in dorms etc etc. and give an opportunity to build something which such target market would find appealing or eye-catching.

you're probably thinking of sub-zero.

i like the new ideacentre designs a lot.   but, that's from someone who also likes the looks of his refrigerator. ;)
