How to make a backup bios to _.wph

What program do the backup BIOS extensions _.wph,
winplash tried, but he robido _.bak. I changed the extension to _.wph, but it's possible. Phoenix bios editor program does not allow the use of the BIOS. I need a backup because the bios is modified so I can not use the original bios.
