SXGA Cable for t23?

Hello everybody, long time no see.

Amazingly enough, I am still plodding along with my T23.

With every generation of improvement of the Opera Browser, my surfing experience has been getting better and better. Some websites I have to pause video so that it will load fully, but that's about it. Youtube runs fine for me except that it doesn't like to run above 360p resolution.

I do have a t42 work laptop, but the keyboard seems a bit thin, and the touchpad and the mouse buttons aren't that intuitive.

In any case, I'm thinking of upgrading my screen from xga to sxga. The parts for it are getting cheap enough these days, so that there's no real reason for me not to these days. I may be able to upgrade the screen to sxga for probably less than $50

Is the cable for SXGA universial for the T2* range?

I'm thinking of getting this.

The FRU the eBay seller lists (91P9147) is not one which appears in the Hardware Maintenance Manual for the T2x series. In the HMM, the SXGA+ cable is 27L0590. Even with owing a couple of SXGA+ T2 systems, I'm not familiar with the SXGA+ cable part number to say if the one you found on eBay will do the job. Unless the seller absolutely guarantees it will work AND you are comfortable with paying for return shipping in case it doesn't, I'd look for the 27L0590 part number on eBay. Also, there does not seem to be any reference to the 91P9147 FRU here in the forum.
