#1 Post by Lockheed » Sat Feb 25, 2012 5:11 pm

Is it possible to get voltage reads in linux on T61/R61? I tried everything and all I am getting is temperatures and fan speed.

For the main battery (BAT0), You can use this:

Code: Select all

$cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state
If you want the voltage only, try:

Code: Select all

$cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state | grep voltage
Hope this help ;)

No, no, no. Sorry I did not make myself clear.

I want to see Vcore - CPU voltages.
