Thinkpad x31 memory upgrade enquiry...

Hi guys,
found that one for sale "1GB PC2700 DDR 333MHZ 1024mb NON EEC LD " and just wondering if compatible with my x31? thanks in advance ):

Thanks. And what about that one "1GB DDR Laptop RAM PC2-5300" as I found it even cheaper.

FYI:

The X31 requires the use of non-ECC DDR memory; sometimes also called DDR1. Newer versions called DDR2 and DDR3 will not work in the X31. You can generally tell the difference between them by looking at the speed specification: PC-2700 (no number after the "PC") indicates DDR, PC2-5300 (2 after "PC") is DDR2 memory and PC3-8500 is DDR3. Some of the X31 systems were spec'ed to use PC-2100 modules; others PC-2700. You will be safe using PC-2700 for any X31.
