Battery going bad?

Hello,

I bought my X40 8 days ago. Since I have bought it I have only worked for like 5 / 6 hours total on the battery and charged it like 3 or 4 times. (Maximum drain was to about 30 percent) and it always showed 61.72 Wh. Well... the first time I booted it up it showed 62.19 Wh... (8Cell designed for 61.92Wh)

So I was sitting in my bed with my laptop. Running it @ 300MHz and wlan @ medium.
And suddenly I noticed my laptop’s remaining time on the battery had dropped to 2:19 (and that was @ 60 percent full) and before I would get @ 30 percent full 1:50 hours battery time … so I opened the battery information menu. It still says my battery is good. (Its green) but I lost 3Wh already?

So I made a screenshot.

Tell me what you think. Should I call IBM and demand a new one or is this kind of loss (even with minimal use) normal?

I am getting 16.36 volts form the battery, this should be 14.4?

Thanks in advance
