I don't get it. Do you need a pic of the ThinkPad logo? If so, just use Google's image search. There are plenty.

Not TP but IBM with three colors such as red, green and blue, and I have done in Google, but failed.

It will be hard to find a three-color IBM logo picture, since it was designed for/with the ThinkPad logo. The plain blue (sometimes grey) IBM logo goes with all the other hardwares.
