Does it work ? I've read that the graphic chipset has no driver.

Yes and no. You can get it to boot but graphic driver will be a problem. Also some of the hardware will not work.

For more info check out posts on osx86 installations for T400 or T500 in the forum.

I wonder if it would not be easier to install osx on a T410s the new
macbook support the HD chipset

newly released macbook pros support intel hd graphics so there is a good chance that x86 can be installed on a t410s.

curious whether some sort of compatible discrete graphics will be necessary or hd graphics can be stand alone. apple's solution for their integrated/discrete graphics switching system may be also geared to prevent hackintoshing...
