Super hitech mod of Mini Dock Series 3 More Compatibility.

I tried docking my X220T to my W520 Series 3 Plus Dock today, didn't work cause the stupid alignment blocker was in the way.
So, I tried removing the blocker, couldn't open it up, cause one of the screws was stripped.
So, in a fit of rage, I used my ultra hitech method of Modding, reserved only for the most difficult of mods.
I ripped the blocker preventing the X220T from attaching off with brute force.
Problem solved, it works like a charm, saved myself 150 bucks on a ultrabase, now I have a series 3 dock that supports all the laptops with no blocker.

This definitely goes up there with my shimmying the connector key on a 170w AC to fit into an 135w or 90w dock mod.

So, if anyone has an series 3 dock that they want to use for the unsupported X220T just rip the blocker off, its pretty flimsy so comes off with one simple jerk. No tools necessary.
