Sure, but this is how you (and others to follow) may be able to find out...
1) Hardware Maintenance Manual
Go to the index for the Hardware Maintenance Manuals:
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product ... MIGR-39298Find your particular model and download the .PDF file. The X200 Tablet is this one:
http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc ... 683_04.pdfUse the search / find command in whatever PDF reader you use (Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, etc.)
For the 93P5615, the HMM lists the panel as }WXGA LED backlight for single touch panel". No manufacturer is listed but I'm sure that some of the experts here will be able to tell you.
2) Entering the FRU on the Lenovo Support page:
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product ... nding.pagePlug the FRU into the search box (upper right of the page) and see what you get.
3) Check the "Personal Systems Reference" (PSREF) data sheets.
These documents lists some of the more popular configurations; not all possible combinations are listed. The one for the current systems should be here:
http://www.lenovo.com/psref/pdf/tabook.pdfIf you have an older ("withdrawn") system, as in the case with the X200 Tablet, you'll have to do some searching here:
http://www.lenovo.com/psref/Click on the "Withdrawn products" link near the bottom of the page, read the disclaimer, then click the "Continue" link. The "ThinkPad Notebooks; 2005 to present (withdrawn models)" file appears to fit the time period. At the moment, this file is about 36MB in length and does contain the X200 series systems. Check to see if your Type-Model (7449-47U, for example) is listed.
4) Use the Parts Lookup page:
http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product ... ookup.page?
Enter the machine type (i.e., 7449) and the serial number (S/N) in the appropriate boxes.
