Lenovo thinkpad T500

Good Day

I wonder if anybody can assist me, i work for a large engineering company as a IT Tech.
Most laptops within my firm are Lenovo Think pad T500's.

The issue i have is that for some reason non of the lenovo's are able to read any flash over 16 GB.

Am i missing something here??

Please can anyone assist me with this matter

I ve been trying to connect my T510 DisplayPort with the HDMI port in my Sumsung TV (BN68-03720A-00).
So far, I have no clue as to what connecting cables or converters (or both) I need to use to accomplish the deed.
Could someone familiar with this problem help me with a possible solution? I d be most grateful.

What do you mean by "flash"? SD cards?
