I have a newer L512 (PN: 4444CT) running Win7 Pro. It does not scroll on a web page using the up/down arrow keys.
I believe this is common paradigm as it worked that way in my previous Lenovo T22, T23, T60, and T400. I should mention that I use this in a Mini-dock, with an external mouse occasionally and keyboard, meaning a Logitech mouse driver was added.

I appreciate anyone who can shed light on these problems.
