Huey pro issues on W700

Whenever I have installed/re-installed Win7 I have had issue getting the huey pro colorimeter to work. This time has been no exception, but, this time, I can't get it to do anything. It beeps as if it is calibrating, it gives the successful all good screen and acceptance screen, yet hasn't changed anything. I have had the colorimeter go bad before, and the hand rest replaced. At that time, it had a color cast issue due to a bad sensor. This is just not doing anything at all to the colors.

I am sure it is a minor software glitch, but, for the life of me I can't figure it out. All drivers are up to date. All windows updates are done, its the latest version of Huey pro, I have run and rerun thinkvantage system update and honestly at a loss. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
