Compare their HMMs for matching P/N or FRU.
Probably limited to HDD, RAM, CPU, wifi-cards and PSU.
And a few screws.

R40 came in two flavours: Pentium 4M and Pentium M (Banias only).

As RBS stated above, RAM and wireless cards will be interchangeable, along with the CPU on the Pentium 4M models.

LCDs are not interchangeable and neither are the batteries.
