I ran across a great price on a Killer 1103, and was trying to figure out if my Edge 120 is going to have whitelist problems with it. I only have two antennas for this card, so I could consider a Killer 1102 as well, but I also have two antennas for the WAN card that are not actually used, so I thought I might steal one of those and use it in the Killer 1103 (but I don't know if that will work, or help).
Does anyone know what kind of problems I might run into if I try to run a Killer NIC in here?
I listed the X121e and X130 because as far as I can tell they are all pretty much interchangeable.

My guess - based solely on what's been reported on recent X series machines - is that only Lenovo whitelisted BT cards would work, and that the card you mentioned probably isn't one of them.
Re: Killer NIC in Edge120 X121e X130
I'm not sure I follow you. SO Lenovo still uses the whitelist for wireless cards? You referred to a BT card, which I think was a mistake, but the same probably applies if there is a whitelist for the E120 wireless cards, the bluetooth cards are probably there too.
I'd really like to get a better card than the 1000 this thing has, but its such a pain to fight the lenovo whitelist...

Sorry for the confusion. You were talking about a wifi card and I was thinking of bluetooth. But come to think of it, I seem to recall reading posts about both types of wireless, whereby the card didn't work unless it was specified to work with a particular Lenovo model(s). However, I have no direct experience trying to use an alternate card of either type.
