I received a new X1 today and have spent time setting it up, plugged in. I just noticed the gorilla glass appears to have slightly lifted on the bottom right & left edge. This isn't good is it?

can you take a picture of where it is lifting..?

No, this was the X1, not the X1 Carbon. Also, you need to keep in mind that for all electronic devices, there will always be an occasional dud. If you are willing to buy only products that have zero complaints on the internet, there would be nothing that you could buy. OK my shipping date of 8-21-2012 has come and gone. Still "released for manufacturing". Have emailed sales to see when they expect shipment! I ordered just hours after they had it available so lets hope that Lenovo get it moving. In the past my hardware that was ordered always shipped BEFORE the date expected.
