OK, if (No longer an "If") you are right that it can only be used for WIFI- then I "should" be able to connect it to my cell via bluetooth and use the bluetooth for internet when I'm on the road? If so any suggestions on how to get it beyond the point of pairing with the phone but not "connected" Any suggestions on how to force the connections?
Thanks again.
OK, Thank you a lot. The links cleared up quite a few things with it and 3G. That was a great help!
Looks like I would have to get a card added- a Sierra Wireless MC8355 + Gobi 3000 to get "3G" but that would only allow for web browsing via another bill with my carrier rather than what I was hoping for- which was to turn it into a phone/tablet... So rather than heading in that direction and increasing my bills - I'm wanting to connect my tablet to my Nokia 5800 xpressmusic. and as I've quoted- I am able to pair the two but am not able to connect them.
Other than suggesting its a phone issue

, any other suggestions are welcome

- I'm researching the phone end of things too. I'm also trying to see if there is Android support on it. Trying to cover all bases.
Cheers!
oh yea, I'm not thinking of changing my phone anytime soon- if I can help it).
