X1 Yoga 4 - skype for bus won't login after sleep

We have several X1 Yoga 4th gen laptops, and all of them experience this same exact issue. With skype for business open, when we close the screen and put the computer to sleep, when we open it back up again to resume using it, the skype will not log back in. All other applications can access internet connectivity. But skype for business will not log back on until you end program and restart skype, or restart the computer.

Anyone else have this issue or have any ideas ?
