I want to create a disk using nlite for use on my T40p. I have read the tutorials on their site but am afraid of leaving out things I may need that are Thinkpad specific. Anyone here have some knowledge they're willing to share?

Your best bet is to download all the drivers for your specific configuration from the Lenovo website. You can also download most if not all the preloaded ThinkVantage and Access IBM software.

nLite works well and as long as you have at least a driver for Ethernet, you can always download any drivers that you miss.
