gOS/Snow Leopard interface

#1 Post by jronald » Sun Dec 12, 2010 12:51 pm

I was fiddling with gOS and the nine year old flipped out. He likes the icons at the bottom. Im running uBuntu on his x30 now, can it be changed over to this type of interface? And if so how do I do it.

The best transformation of Gnome look to MacOSX I've seen is a project 'Macbuntu':

I've tested it on Ubuntu 10.10 and Linux Mint 10 - works like a charm on both.

The 1.1 X30 is not quite fast enough. On the other hand, the 1.4 X31 it rocks!
