Those who have used or seen lenovo 3000 K series (K100) will notice the similarity.

"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

My eye tells me that without the cool-looking monitor sitting next to them (with the black/silver "reflection"), those computers might look pretty ordinary. That Q200 reminds me of one of those stainless steel refrigerators.

There are people in the world who find these designs attractive, remember IdeaCentres are not targeted at business users, that opens a window to study requirements of consumers, gamers, everyday users, students living in dorms etc etc. and give an opportunity to build something which such target market would find appealing or eye-catching.
