I've finally put the sources to googlecode (see link in the first post). Hopefully it will help those ones having problems.
Sorry for the delay, extremely busy these days.

That's great news, thanks a lot! :-) - I took this opportunity to finally test it on my ThinkPad X60 Tablet 6363-2AG (Intel Core Duo, GMA950). Unfortunately, I have to confirm what Sebinouse and CP-Geek already stated before:
  • SpecialKeysTray has this strange "access denied"-like symbol and can't be started exactly as already depicted in Sebinouse's screenshot.
  • The PrefPane doesn't load.
The execution problem of SpecialKeysTray is really strange, I have never seen anything like that before. :( Did anybody already try to compile it as i386-only?

So I can now compile and load the two files. But I still have warning during built and I am not sure they work properly ...
