I've been trying to track down 1.35v SO-DIMMs to use in my coming T420s. I have only been able to find two people who make 1.35v modules, ADATA and PQI. Out of those two I have only been able to actually find ADATA's modules in only 2 online stores. For a 4GB module, it's twice the price of the regular stuff.
Has anyone else tried searching for this stuff? Interestingly enough it actually seems like the ADATA modules are cheaper in Europe than they are in the states.

Crucial lists "Guaranteed-compatible upgrades for your Lenovo ThinkPad T420s"... they are all 1.5V... http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts. ... 0s&Cat=RAM
Using Kingston's Memory Configurator... it lists a part number: KTL-TP3B/4G, can't seem to find a publshed voltage though.

Like I said, I know they exist... they just seem really hard to find being sold.
