Little lecture on electricity --
As long as the voltage is correct, you will not fry your card. The wattage, 90/65, is regarding the charge time, the amount of electricity possible to be pushed through the battery. You shouldn't do less than required because it's possible that it will not charge (uses more electricity than the adapter can produce -- although fine for when off) and it could add strain.
More is better. The computer will regulate how many watts to use -- even if it is rated _up to_ x watts.
