Had a very nice and smooth transaction with Twistero, he shipped a X60T lower assembly really fast and the package arrived very well packed and in even better condition that described. Thanks!! :thumbs-UP:

One big almighty thank you to Thinkpad Lover - this guys sells downright stunning T60p's. Bought a 2007-YS3 off of him, his description was spot on - the display really did look like new. It was professionally packaged for its journey across the Atlantic, and i received it in roughly a week (majority of that time spent in UK customs!)

For anybody contemplating any of his listings - don't dither, just go for it, you will not be disappointed :thumbs-UP:

Found a great deal with member The Spirit of X21.

He sold me a beautiful T4x/R5x keyboard for a beautiful price :)

My sister has one of the very first ThinkPads I owned and it's still running strong! Only thing is the original keyboard had seen better days. I responded to a FS thread by The Spirit of X21 and got an amazing price for the keyboard from a T43 he was parting out.

My sis reported that it was "beautiful!" Thank you to The Spirit of X21! He responded to questions I had promptly and was pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

I want to return the compliment to exTPfan, who bought a new UXGA LCD off me.
Painless transaction, great communication, paid even 2 months before I shipped it (he asked me to hold it, while he was abroad). :D

I recently bought most of the parts for for a T60/T61 FlexView FrankNpad (and several other bits and baubs--power adapters, SATA UltraBay Slim adapter, keyboard...) from TuuS, over a few transactions. Everything was *expertly* packed and in absolutely PRISTINE condition. He clearly cares a great deal about what he sells--he thoroughly tests everything, is extremely knowledgeable, and is incredibly helpful. I eagerly await our next transaction!

Giving credit where credit is truly due, had a smooth and rewarding transaction with Thinkpad Lover. Two Thinkpads, three mini docks, batteries, and a host of smaller items. All were shipped on time, well packed, and arrived in perfect working order and exactly as described, which was basically in like new condition.

You won't regret dealing with Daniel. He's friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about Thinkpads. I don't know where he gets his supply but it's top notch stuff. If he doesn't have something listed ask him about it and I bet he'll find it.

Dan, thanks again for a great transaction. Looking forward to doing more business in the future.

Another two great transactions to give thanks for - firstly to Tuus, one of many transactions with this fine gentleman and yet again the man has come up trumps. It was as smooth and pleasant a transaction you could've asked for. The item in question being a T61 heatsink/fan assembly - arrived in a week from US to UK at a great pice. Keep up your excellent work Donald! :thumbs-UP:

Secondly, thanks and praise BobA - i reiterate the exact same thoughts as above about our transaction, this being a complete T60p lid assembly - great price, super fast shipping, could not have asked for a better service.

High recommendations for both of these upstanding Thinkpadders!

Hey,

My first post and my first ThinkPad.

I want to say a huge thank you to ajkula66 aka George, who I approached out of the blue to purchase an X61 tablet with an SXGA+ screen. He has been extremely communicative, responsive and friendly throughout the transaction. The tablet is better than described, running great and the screen is flawless. Better yet, it came with the Middleton bios already installed, ready for an SSD drive.

Thank you, George, for a great introduction to the ThinkPad world and to this forum.

Thinkpad Lover: highly recommended.
Ordered twice. Each time it was very hard to find items.
The seller's description of the condition of the items was adequate and accurate.

First time I simply sent the guy money asking to find what I wanted in the course of, say, a month or so
(I wanted batteries with a very specific date of manufacture, cycle count and cell brand inside).
Job done A+++.

Underclocker: A very nice gentleman to deal with.

Bought a T410i from him last Friday. He upgraded the cpu to a i5 from an i3 and I am going to upgrade the machine to 8 Gig of RAM. He installed Win7 Pro 64 for me also. The machine came very quickly via US Mail. He shipped the unit on a Saturday (his day off !!) and I got it this past Monday! He has responed to my PMs quickly and I feel like I am bothering him but he doesn't complain. The machine is perfect and I am very happy.

I have just installed a brand new fan in my T60p (P/N 41W6403, FRU 41W6407) courtesy of Daniel and now have to look twice to make sure machine is running, since it is so quiet after replacement. Also got a nearly new X41 tablet main battery, so I should be good for awhile. Highly recommend as seller!

I had an excellent experience buying a T61p motherboard from TuuS, as have many others here. Despite my strange shipping address, my strange PayPal issues, my spam filter not liking him, and my asking him dumb questions at all hours, TuuS delivered a perfect product well ahead of schedule.

TuuS's price is about the same as Ebay's, but the peace of mind when buying from TuuS is far, far better than when buying from a stranger.

I wish I were saying something new, but I think everyone who's dealt with TuuS has had the same very positive experience, so I'll leave it at that.

Thank you again, TuuS!

Thank you, and I return the comments and encourage anyone in the forum to not hesitate to trade with pimpinainteasy. There were some issues with shipping, like the USPS website refused to let me do customs forms online. He lives in a USA territory, but they require customs. This bug has been reported and confirmed so hopefully will be resolved. The solution is simple, just print the label like any other domestic package and use a hand written customs form in the shipping pouch. Knowing this would have saved me hours of effort and phone calls, but you live, you learn...

Also, hopefully you'll be pleased to learn that the 08/08 board you were sent is far more desirable and rare then the similarly priced boards on ebay. You have something rare and unique, the best of the best when it comes to T61 series.

I recently sold TuuS an A31P w/ some known issues. From his calling dibs at quite an early moment to his prompt payment, he was a pleasure to deal with!

I also purchased a battery from Thinkpadlover. Shipped promptly and arrived just as described!

Would do business again!

I return the exact thoughts. Scottfish was eager to help find the most economic shipping and I got my $27 laptop in great condition. My initial plan was to use parts to fix/update my old faithful A31, but this unit looks really nice so I'm considering fixing it instead, either way it was a great deal and a great seller.

Thanks
