Just wonder if anyone knows whether T42's Access Connections software is compatable with NetSwitcher IP switching program?
I'm working with at least 3 networks--2 LANs in offices, and another home-LAN Broadband.
Switching IP between these are a pain--some are manually configured, some are set automatically.
Would appreciate if any actual hands-on experience in this matter!
Take a look at our

Does NetSwticher work with T42's Access Connections software
Why use NetSwitcher???
Access Connections can take care of what you're asking for with ease. I use VPN abroad, a DSL at home, wireless at T-Mobile hotspots, a dynamic wireless at work and a static wireless at work--for different subnets, a dynamic and static wired networks at work. My laptop configure automatically (automagically!) with no problems between all of these.

Not anymore, I tend to use Access Connections now. I'm using it now to access the WAP in my hotel. I use it at home to switch between my 11b and 11g networks. I use it on the road to access my T-Mobile or Verizon WAPs. I use it at client locations to switch between wired and WiFi connections.w0qj wrote:Guess no one on this forum use NetSwitcher, right?
Access Connections works great, and I used to be a BIG devotee' of NetSwitcher.

5.5K+ posts and all I've got to show for it are some feathers.... AND a Bird wearing a Crown
I currently work with 5 different networks and have found the Access Connections handles most situations. I do not even have to logoff between network changes.
A typical day for me would be :
Check Email before going to Work _Wifi
Go to office - RJ45
Go to 1 or 2 clients - RJ 45
Return Home - Wifi
At this point I have just passed thru 3 or 4 different domaines / networks
and I never onece logged off from Windows.
Why exactly do you want to keep NetSwitcher ?
