This would be for a possible future Frankey project

While you could possibly get it to work, it would likely never work as well as the screens originally shipped with T60/p series, but it most definitely would not work "out of the box".Easy Wind wrote: I am assuming not, and I'm sure it's covered somewhere on this site, but would this work in a T60 15" (4:3) ?

If you're intent on building a Frankie with a SXGA+ IPS panel, this is as good as it gets:

You can temporarily use the XGA inverter.tipo33 wrote:I asked Tuus about this, and he is on the lookout for one, but in the meantime: do you have any LCD inverters for 15" T60 SXGA+ ?
FRU 42T0079, 41W1012 or 39T5658.

Its output is just a little bit less than an SXGA+/UXGA inverter's, but at least it's a workable solution till you find the proper inverter.
Swapping out an inverter is a lot easier than the whole LCD panel.
You can also use the 13R1014/13R1015 inverter for SXGA+/UXGA (which is even harder to find) .
