Pen Flicks not working in Internet Explorer

I assume you are referring to videos? If so, make sure Flash Player is updated to the latest version. There are have been a couple of upgrades to Flash in the last month or so.

Oh, I meant pen flicks. The gestures you can use to scroll, go backwards, go forwards, copy, paste, etc with pen gestures.
