When I plug the --ethernet cable-- into my T60p, I lose the wifi connection to my router.

The lenovo page says it makes a .CMS file, but I did not see any reference to what -form- the data in that file is in. Does that file contain all your bios settings in readable plain-text format?...

I've had it apart several times, but I just realized I've never taken the mainboard out of this one.....only on T4x's.

ahhh.....all confusion is cleared up now.

If anyone does know exactly what the modem is 'running into' (and how badly, minor or major), please do post a quick note about it....so that I can give it some thought, without having to tear apart the laptop I'm currently typing this on...
