Yes - any genuine FRU: 13N7076 aka HV150UX1-100 (CCFL) will be work with your T601F

Providing the panel you received is in full working order - I wonder if the LG/phillips model LP150E06 has an on board EDID chip - as far as I remember most LG 15.0" SXGA IPS LCD's were LP150E05 (A2)(K1)
