My T22 has a lot of viruses and I was wondering if I could just reset the computer to the factory settings to get rid of them. All of the files I need easily fit on my ipod mini so backup is real easy. Would this get rid of the viruses and would it be a good idea? If so, how exactly would I do this?...

It turns out it didn't work. We got the blue screen when XP would start to boot up. Could this be because my computer has 2000? After my hard drive was put back in everything was back to normal. Was it not booting up because my computer is set up for a different operating system?

My friend's T30 motherboard crashed. He wants to try putting his hard drive into my T22 to get any data off.

Is this feasible? We don't want to mess up our computers but he would like to get his data off the hard drive as soon as possible. Thanks

Is this possible? I thought I read in one of the posts that I am now unable to find that the two batteries can be swapped into each other. If that is the case, does the T30 battery have a greater capacity and is it a good idea to get one of them?

22 years old. I got a used T22 so I could work outside my room (I live in a fraternity) and work on Excel spreadsheets with my professors in office hours. It has since replaced my newer HP desktop as my primary computer.

2000 pro has worked well for my T22 (128mb) also.
